MARY SHELLEY'S HOUSE OF FRANKENSTEIN
When Mary Shelley first wrote the Gothic novel, 'Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus', hardly anybody knew who she was or anything about her work. But since then, both Mary and her novel have become such a success, that she now has a plaque commemorating her life located on the side of her home in Chester Square, London, as well as a highly-rated tourist attraction in Bath, Somerset, that honors her legacy.
